Participation in the school is free of charge. All students will get free handout materials and coffee breaks. Travel expenses, accommodation and meals are paid by the participants or their institutions. Please note that participation in co-located RCDL 2009 and ROMIP seminar may require a participation fee.
Applications for participation will be accepted until June 2, 2009 inclusive. Results of the selection process will be announced by June 22, 2009.
RuSSIR 2009 applications are made through the joint registration form (RCDL, ROMIP, RuSSIR). The application must include personal data, statement of interest, and a brief resume. Please describe how the School is related to your education and research interests or industry experience in the personal statement. Resume must include your education, professional experience, achievements and publications if any. If your resume is available online is enough to indicate URL in the 'Home page' field. Notify if you are planning to take part in the Young Scientists' Conference. It is desirable to attach a letter of recommendation from your scientific advisor or senior colleague (must include full name, affiliation, position, email address and phone number of the referee). Otherwise please indicate in 'Notes' field whom program committee can request for a reference. Add any additional information into the 'Notes' field if necessary.
It is the participant's responsibility to get a Russian visa if needed. For visa support letters, please send a request to organizing committee, school[at]romip[dot]ru.
The participants are supposed to attend all school lectures. By submitting a school application, applicants agree to the school rules and conditions.
